Werd to “The Word”

Hey everyone!

Lighthouse is back from their crazy camping trip to Kelowna and we brought back some changes that we would like to see our congregation focus on.

As a spiritual discipline, we all need to read our Bibles – it’s our one actual place where we can go to and get a glimpse of who God is and what His plans are for our life.

With that said, we want to challenge each other to be strong Bible Warriors.
Starting this week, as a congregation we will be studying the book of Philippians.
The plan is to have a sharing time during service every week and have several of YOU come up and share about what you have learned from a particular passage or chapter.

A member of the leadership board will approach you during the week to ask you to prepare a short 2-3 minute piece to share on. This is in hope to help drive the focus for our congregation to return to the Bible and really dive into scripture and allow ourselves to be shaped by God.
